Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains Orvexy LLC's approach to refunds and cancellations for digital products and online educational programs.
Last updated: November 5, 2026
1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, including e-books, downloadable resources, and educational materials, sales are generally final once the purchased content has been made available to the customer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Making content available includes providing access to download, view, or use the purchased materials through the relevant delivery method or online platform.
This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Customers should contact the company if content was not delivered, is materially different from its description, or is affected by a qualifying technical issue.
2. Online Educational Programs
Before purchase, customers should review the relevant offer page for the program's deliverables, duration, access arrangements, and the scope of any follow-up or support.
Some educational programs may include both digital materials and non-downloadable services, such as guidance, follow-up, communication, or educational support provided over a specified period.
These components will be delivered according to the schedule, duration, and scope described on the relevant offer page.
Where permitted by law and clearly disclosed before purchase, a change of mind after substantial content access or the commencement of program services may not qualify for a refund.
Concerns about a material failure to deliver the described content or services will be considered based on the circumstances of the case, the applicable terms, and applicable law.
3. Subscriptions and Recurring Payments
If a product or service is offered on a recurring subscription basis, the applicable offer page must explain the billing frequency and how to cancel future renewals.
Cancellation of future renewals does not automatically refund a previously paid period unless the applicable terms or law require it.
Programs purchased through a one-time payment or a defined payment arrangement for a specified duration are governed by the payment and cancellation terms disclosed on the relevant offer page. They are not automatically treated as recurring subscriptions.
4. How to Request Assistance
When contacting the company about a delivery, access, or technical issue, include:
- The product or program name.
- The purchase date, if applicable.
- A description of the issue.
- Any relevant information reasonably needed to investigate the request.
We may request additional reasonable information to verify the purchase or understand the issue.
Do not send full payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information.

5. Applicable Rights
Nothing in this policy removes or restricts any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.
Where applicable law provides a right to a refund, cancellation, repair, replacement, or other remedy, those legal rights will take precedence over any conflicting provision of this policy.
